Responsibilities:

- Conduct analytical research and translate analysis into understandable reports and recommendations
- Prepare clear and meaningful analysis and communicate results to clients and various audiences
- Create templates, dashboards, presentations, and other graphical data representations for projects
- Gather and prepare quantitative and qualitative data for analysis
- Conduct research of various state and federal regulations and programs

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- One or more years of experience in data, statistics, or analytical research
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality in analyzing data
- Effective communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to multiple concurrent consulting engagements

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience using Microsoft Office365 applications, including Teams and SharePoint
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience in Project Management tools
- Experience in survey tools and ability to develop and administer surveys
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience constructing and analyzing large scale databases and development of data models and projections to support predictive analytics
- Experience preparing cost allocation plans or other fiscal reports
- Knowledge of federal and state programs and regulations governing budget and cost reporting
